We’re actually primarily a community space where you meet awesome people, but we also really care about getting coworking and coliving right.

We started as a 100% Coworking Space, and most of our customers “only” use coworking although the events and community feeling is sometimes similar to that of a coliving space. 

On October 1st, we launched our first “real” Coliving Space, it’s a villa that is fully dedicated to Hub Hoi An Coliving tenants – coworking space access is always included.

The two spaces are only 900m (through the rice fields!) apart.

We have a business-grade DSL connection and business grade networking equipment.

Speedtest.net almost always shows 240-260 Mbit upload and download. 

With average amount of people in the coworking space, we still usually ~120 Mbit download and more for upload.

Yes, yes and no.

For existing customers (not your first visit!) access to the coworking is really 24/7 and that’s applicable for all types of membership.

This doesn’t mean that a day pass entitles you to stay for 24 hours.
You can stay until 7 am in the next morning.

Is the day pass 24 hours or 24 hours access,

Yes, you can host people 1-2 week.

We do not have a dedicated meeting room, but we’re working on building phone booth where one person can have a private call.
You can have meetings in one of our outside areas (some of which are usually empty) or the calls-allowed room (small glass house)

We’re currently building private phone booths, which will be included in the membership.

Until then, we have a calls-allowed room (where several people have their calls) and several outdoor areas that are suitable for calls.

If you absolutely require a phone booth, get in touch and let us know by what date you arrive, we’ll see if we can finish construction by then.

Our desks are all flex desks (hot desks) as a default, but for a fee of 1 million VND (~$42) you can have your own dedicated fix desk.

Only fix desks can be personalized or be left with stuff/monitors on it.

We have lockers and space to store monitors and personal items.

We have ample space for scooter and bicycle parking.

We don’t offer car parking.

They are free and we ask customers to be mindful of clearing the locker when they don’t need them.

So far we didn’t have to enforce a policy, because we have awesome members.

At some point we might start clearing lockers before the weekend.

Unlimited B/W and color printing is included. We just ask that you treat this service fairly, i.e. don’t print books unless that’s somehow crucial and use B/W if you don’t need color.

Yes, we rent out monitors for a low monthly/weekly or daily rate.

Other equipment like keyboards is free to borrow.
